TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF

Dannielle AKA Rhimes Lecointe: I am an entrepreneur, coach, mentor, and network marketer based in the UK. Also, I work in the entertainment industry within the west end and film. I'm a wife and woman passionate about my faith. I have pioneered the dance scene within the UK and empowered 1000s of women to understand the gold within.

HOW WOULD YOU TURN A NEGATIVE SITUATION INTO SOMETHING POSITIVE?

Dannielle AKA Rhimes Lecointe: I think this is a broad question, so I'm going

to give an example. In 2018, I was planning my wedding, which would take place in April, two months prior. While cooking, I was burned on my face while deep-frying west Indian dumplings and the pan exploded. Not only was my face burned, but my right hand produced second-degree burns. It is an understatement to state this was traumatic. I had two projects where I was responsible for the choreography. The first project required me to show up for the future generation of female dancers. Plus, The second project was a touring show. But I managed to make my appearance. I learned the power of resilience and my personal strength. The accident was painful, but the knowledge was incredible. I had several people stating 'poor you' or 'you poor thing'. There is nothing about me or the encounters I hold that are poor. They are greatly testing but richly impactful. It was a very negative circumstance that chose to be positive. I believe there is a lesson to be learned in every situation.

WHO INSPIRED YOU TO FOLLOW YOUR DREAM?

Dannielle AKA Rhimes Lecointe: I would say, God. A few of my passions have been placed on my heart, where I hear the inner voice prodding me to move in daily. I begin having this feeling at a young age. In addition to God, Missy Elliot! Her music moves me! Missy's non-typical vision has encouraged me to be persistent in my conquest. Be creative! It has made me slightly a creative superhero to others. A good friend of mine, Kimberly Wyatt, has inspired me to be a woman with many hats. I grew up believing I had to choose one thing and never had the desire to. After meeting her as a mother, wife, singer, dancer, and businesswoman confirmed it was possible. Alongside Kate Prince and Cayla Craft is my mother, Denise Roberts. Her zeal for life and growth has kept my passion and forward-thinking.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS.

Dannielle AKA Rhimes Lecointe: My business started as a movement to champion creative minds to think bigger. I have evolved ways to help creative minds build impact businesses by transitioning and leveraging their creativity. Businesses that pay more than their bill. I didn't realize until moving into lock down in the UK, that I had the framework for this business. I have a team and a mission to help women be the hero of their journey. Also, help them understand they do not have to give up any part of their life to do it.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO AN UPCOMING ENTREPRENEUR?

Dannielle AKA Rhimes Lecointe: I would say, do not wait for someone to give you a chance. Create! You are creative with the ability to create. Be sure to make up your journey, have fun while doing it, never stop learning, and get someone to do it for you. Invest your time in the places you've studied, develop leadership skills, delegate, and build your method. You got this! It is in you! The moment you feel a setback, remember why you decided to take this risk. Yes, it is a risk, but the greatest success will come out of uncertainties. You're about to embark on a spectacular journey, but more importantly, there has been none like it. It is the most courageous thing you can do.

WHAT'S YOUR DEFINITION OF WOMEN EMPOWERMENT?

Dannielle AKA Rhimes Lecointe: Women's empowerment is like a rope of support that everyone holds. At some point, you will get tired, and there will be a struggle. But knowing you can lean on that rope while being helped up by others right beside you.

WHAT're YOUR INGREDIENTS TO A LONG LASTING SISTERHOOD?

Dannielle AKA Rhimes Lecointe: There would be conversations with honesty, walking in integrity, times of laughter, Consistency not constantly, and the occasional glasses of wine. (or gin and tonic)
