Krystal Jackmon: I’m a 34-year-old freelance makeup artist, a former Full Figured Model, and I’m single with no children. One of my greatest joys in life is to Travel. I love to shop, read, meditate, and pray, be around my friends, think of creative and innovative ideas.

Krystal Jackmon: The Kouture Lab (Formerly known as Lashes By KrystalJ 2017) was founded in 2020 by Krystal Jackmon of Philadelphia, PA. She started out working in the medical field for ten years, also getting her bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration. The medical field is very prominent in her family, being as though her mother is a Nurse, as well as her grandmother before her untimely passing. During that same time, she began discovering makeup. She became a freelance makeup artist, which opened doors for new opportunities, and avenues in a business where she could combine her career with her passion. Our mission is to help women enhance their beauty and create a unique experience that allows women to feel bold and comfortable in their very own skin. We service beauties all over the world with our unique Medical/Lab concepts, packaging, and inspired product names. We hope that you enjoy or products and never before experience just as much as we loved providing it to you.

Krystal Jackmon: To try to come up with different ways to enhance the beauty of my clients, know the world.

WHAT WILL THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BE LIKE?
Krystal Jackmon: This experience is like nothing anyone has seen. Of course, Our customers will receive quality products, but the packaging, names, and our website are all unique. Plus, my business cards are insurance cards. The theme and concept are very cohesive. For example, To refill your prescription, or purchase for lashes, You will take your packaging, find the prescription label, and scan the bar code with your phone. It will take you to the item on our website. You will able to Refill, or other words, purchase more lashes.

WHERE DO YOU WANT YOUR BUSINESS TO BE IN 3 YEARS?
Krystal Jackmon: I want to be a well-known brand internationally with multiple storefronts designed as Laboratories. I want my product line to expand, grow, and bless the women and men that use them. I would love to operate my own manufacture in the USA that employs and empowers black women.
